Amazing
Norvil & Josephine

Welcome to this entertaining and theatrical world-class illusion act also featuring singing and acrobatics.  Amazing Norvil & Josephine is the show of a debonair magician Norvil, his feisty assistant Josephine, and the magical antics between the two of them. The act has been created for contemporary audiences and takes inspiration from the stylish age of Vaudeville theatre shows and the great Harry Houdini.

The magic they perform includes a woman being sawn in half, a table that floats above the stage, and as a finale the two performers, in spite of impossible chains and locks, change places in mere seconds!  Also featured in this delightful show is a scene with incredible acrobatics, performed to the magician's striking baritone singing voice. The acrobatics can be either contortion or aerial hoop, depending on venue.

Stage magicians Christopher Howell (USA) and Desiree Kongerod (Norway) bring to the show their experience performing jointly in productions and as solo entertainers around the world for corporate galas, private events and public shows including Amazing Norvil & Josephine live at the Hackney Empire Theatre (London) and Leeds City Varieties. Christopher is a Member of the Magic Circle, with training in theatre and opera whilst Desiree is a professional dancer, acrobat and yogi.  The act is based in London, UK and is available for bookings around the world.
